Ah, that sweet scent is on the air once again! It is yet another installment of our LAN Location Scout! I, Pierre Laclede, will once again be your guide as we look at another potential LAN site! This time, we shall be looking at everyone's favorite picnic spot -- Turtle Park!
Giant Turtles abound here at Turtle Park, and the staff wasted no time in utilizing their hard shells as table space. Although sargentwolf looked a bit nervous about people seeing him in a "kids' playground", the others seemed to be having a good time.
Apparently, the LAN staff still hasn't gotten used to the sun's rays. ACE complained continually that the sun had melted his computer shut.
sargentwolf eventually found his own turtle and named it Mayor Tortimer. Mayor Tortimer and sargentwolf talked for a long time, and soon sargentwolf had to cut off the conversation and say "goodbye for now" to his four-legged friend. He later told us that the conversation had become too "heady" for his taste.
Later, as a purely experimental venture, we tried to get the largest turtle to eat him, but sargentwolf was a fast thinker and, using some of the Justin Timberlake music he had stored on his laptop's hard drive, he was able to trigger the turtle's gag reflex and escape with nothing worse than a pair of wet jeans./h2>
Last of all, I commanded the men to strike a triumphant pose, and this was what they responded with. All hail Laclede's LAN!!!
